Profiles on Our Site

For New Members – Would you like to become a member of our site?


  • 1.  Go to the Sign Up form on ObesityHelp SHOW ME
  • 2.  On the first page >> In the first section: “Who is/was your surgeon:”, select “Snyder, Michael A. (Denver, CO)” in the drop down list.
  • 3.  Answer NO to the question “Would you possibly be interested in any help with: Finding a bariatric surgeon?”
  • 4.  Fill out the rest of page one with what information you are comfortable with.
  • 5.  Click the “Next” button
  • 6.  On page 2, you will be presented with the option of purchasing items that may be of interest to you as a weight loss patient. This is purely optional. Either select your item or click “Next”.
  • 7.  On page 3, Answer “NO” to the question”Would you like to receive information about bariatric surgery?” You may chose to provide additional information as well. This is purely optional. Click the “Next” button when done.
  • 8.  On page 4, you will be provide with areas to provide information about your Weight Loss Program History. This is purely optional. Click the “Next” button when done.
  • 9.  Page 5 is your confirmation screen where you will be provided a link to log into your new account. Click the link to log in.
  • 10.  To update your information, skip to Step 2 in the next section.

For Existing Members – Changing and Updating your information

  1. Log into your account on ObesityHelp SHOW ME
  2. Read the table below for the most common areas and follow the matching directions. We encourage you to explore all of the areas in your Personal Account Center. You may email our Web Department for personalized assistance.
    Area you want to change How to do
    Personal Information (name, address, email, personal comments)
  3. Click the General Info link
  4. Add or update your comments about Dr. Snyder Click the Your Surgeon link
  5. List or update your Surgery Date Click the I’ve Got A Date! link
  6. Adding/Updating your photos Email our Web Department (webmaster@obesityhelp.com)

Concerned about privacy?

If you don’t want your profile to show up on ObesityHelp, log into your profile, set your Profile Visibility field question #1 to “NO”.

If you don’t want your profile to show up on this site, select “NO” for question ”#2 Helping your surgeon:”.
