In-Person Seminars

About our Seminars: This is a lecture/seminar for those seeking information about weight loss surgery and goes from 7PM to 9PM on week nights and 10AM – noon on Saturdays. Attendance at a lecture/seminar is required for all potential patients prior to setting up a consult with Dr. Snyder. There is so much valuable information to exchange at these lectures and there is always a panel of patients who have had the surgery and are at various stages in recovery and success. We do ask that if possible, spouses or committed partners attend, as this is a major life decision and one that the doctor and his staff feel not only affects the entire family but should be understood by the entire household. Requirements/registration: Due to limited seating, it is absolutely necessary that you pre-register prior to attending to guarantee seating. If you have questions or would like more information about the lectures please email the administrator from the website.

Online Seminars

Our Online Seminars provide you with the same information you receive during our In-Person Seminars, however you are able to watch the presentation on your schedule, from the comfort of your own home. You will need to be in a quiet area, and allow one hour to complete the seminar. It is recommended that you have a pen and paper close by to jot down any notes or questions you may have throughout the presentation. During the Online Seminar you will be asked 20 quiz questions to ensure you are understanding and retaining the information being provided. To move on to scheduling your first consultation, you will need to answer no more than 5 questions incorrectly by the conclusion of the seminar. You will have three attempts to pass, and our office will contact you shortly after receiving your results to talk about next steps.
